Shipping & Returns

We will make every attempt to handle your orders quickly and efficiently, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on same day. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock; you will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.

Shipping times

Regular service: 5-7 business days
Express service: Within 3 business days
*For express delivery, online orders must be places by 10AM Pacific Time*

Overnight delivery is available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Call 800-411-4242 before 10AM Pacific, Monday-Thursday. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipped to multiple addresses, there is a $4.00 charge per address in addition to the total freight charges calculated per the chart above.
These charges are calculated automatically when you place an order online.

Express shipping charges

For an additional $10.00 we offer 2-DAY UPS, which may ship the next business day if your order is placed before 10AM Pacific Time.
For an additional $20.00 we offer Overnight Delivery, but you must be received before 12PM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.

*We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States*

Additional charges for shipping to Canada

All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional $30.00 for customs.

Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped U.S.P.S. Global Priority Mail. All CPBoutique.com prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Shipping outside North America

We will ship to all US states and territories, APO/FPO, plus Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of order receipt. Simply follow the guidelines below.

Please note that items received after 10 days of order receipt will only be eligible for credit or an exchange of the same item in a different size. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Request a Return

You can return unworn, unused item(s) within 10 days of order receipt for a credit or refund, less the original shipping fees.

Email returns@cpboutique.com to will be issued a return authorization and a pre-paid label via email (you will need to print the label and affix it to your package before shipment).

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please email returns@cpboutique.com for further assistance. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used to make the original purchase.

If a credit is requested, you will be emailed a code to enter upon checkout when placing your next order. If you do not receive a credit code, please email returns@cpboutique.com for further assistance.

Request an Exchange

You can return unworn, unused item(s) within 10 days of order receipt for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. Please follow the guidelines above for a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and exchange order to be processed and shipped. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
