Credit Terms and Payments
CPGT incorporated dba Claire Pettibone offers net 30 terms on account approved by our credit agency, Biz Credit Services. We also accept all major credit cards, approved company checks, money orders and cashier checks. Processing net 30 terms for new customers may take several days to approve and may require a completed credit application and personal guarantee.
Order Placing and Shipping
Most in-stock credit approved orders are shipped within 48 hours. Additions to orders already placed can be done within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation. All merchandise will be shipped FOB our Los Angeles warehouse.
Orders below $100.00 will incur a $10.00 service charge.
Claims and Returns
All claims for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Absolutely no returns are allowed without obtaining a Return Authorization number from customer service. Return shipments will be refused if not accompanied with a Return Authorization number. Returns accepted for other than defective or incorrect shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. To cancel an order forward your sales confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with the words"Cancel confirmed order" in the subject line. A reply email will be sent back acknowledging the cancellation. If you do not receive the reply from customer service, we did not receive your cancellation within the allotted time. Accounts failing to follow these guidelines may result in termination of your wholesale account.
Discounts, Promotions and Availability of product
We offer special promotions and incentives that are subject to change. We do not honor any discounts or promotions retroactively nor do we apply them to beyond the intended promotion period. Available merchandise is shipped immediately on a first come first served basis.
